Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and efficient Office Manager to manage the day to day running of the office. Sliide is a fast-growing Tech company that values culture and staff highly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vibe and culture of the office is maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure smooth running of office, and dynamic working environment
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organising meetings, events or conferences
  • Assisting the HR department by keeping records up to date, maintaining office policies as necessary and any additional help when required
  • Organise office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage internal staff relations
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the office budget
  • General administration tasks/ad hoc


  • Intuitive, self-starter with great integrity and sense of humour.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy: must be proficient with Google Drive, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Slack, Whatsapp
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
