COVID-19 Update from Sliide

Covid 19

In light of the recent escalation by the WHO in characterising COVID-19 as a global pandemic, we wanted to take the time to communicate to all of our partners that Sliide’s business operations will largely be unaffected by the virus.Read more

Sliide’s technologies have been built to be maintained remotely and we have a robust WFH policy, which has been rolled-out to the whole team.

Our top priority at Sliide is the health and safety of our staff, but we also have a responsibility to support our partners, our communities, and the healthcare providers who are on the front lines of this pandemic.

In order to minimise the wider impact of the virus, we have implemented a range of measures including:

  • A “work from home” policy for all employees. This is optional — but suggested.
  • An “essential travel only” policy for all employees. All meetings will continue as planned, but where face-to-face meetings can be replaced with remote conferencing, we will host video calls to protect the health and safety of our team and our partners.
  • An “open office” policy. The Sliide office will remain open, but we are limiting office visitors to essential personnel only.

Our technologies and uptime will be unaffected by these measures and there will be full business service, as usual.

During this period, we ask that any changes affecting your business are communicated with us to enable us to plan and prepare as effectively as possible over the coming months.

If you have any questions or queries about these measures, please reach out to your account manager who will be able to provide more specific information. Alternatively, visit our Contact Page.
